Barnet Vs Torquay United football liga match preview

Barnet's poor home run has seen them win just 1 and draw 2 of the last six. While Bees have scored 6, a worringly large 11 have been leaked at the other end. Barnet are currently lying in 20th place in npower League Two having mustered a points tally of 39 from their 38 matches played.

Torquay United's away form is none too clever either, picking up four victories from the last six. The Gulls's have a narrow positive goal difference over these games, with 7 goals for and 5 against. Torquay United are currently occupying 2nd spot in their division, gaining 72 points from their 39 games.

Sporting Lisabon Vs Metalist Charkov football liga match preview

Metalist started the knockout rounds with a comfortable 8-1 aggregate success over Salzburg scoring four times in both legs. They looked to be heading out of the competition at the last 16 stage, losing the home leg of their meeting with Olympiakos 1-0 and trailing by the same scoreline entering the last ten minutes of the return in Greece. An amazing comeback with two late goals to win that second leg 2-1 took Metalist through on away goals.

Sporting are not going to take a hand in the Portuguese title race but their home form is solid with nine wins, two draws and one defeat in the Primeira Liga and they have conceded just six goals in 12 outings in front of their own supporters. They have won seven of the last eight home fixtures (any competition) with all seven wins accompanied by a clean sheet. That home form is replicated in Europe where Sporting have won all six home fixtures, the last four of which saw them prevent the opposition scoring.

Town defenders Pablo Mills and Claude Davis were both sent off as a melee erupted whilst the two teams shook hands at Valley Parade. Three Bantams players were also dismissed.
"Regarding the unfortunate events which took place at yesterday's (Tuesday) game with Bradford City after the final whistle was blown, Crawley Town cannot make any further comment until the club has had an opportunity to view the video footage in detail," a club statement read. "Following a full internal investigation, the club will decide whether there is the need for further disciplinary action in addition to that already taken by the Football Association, or to appeal against the suspensions handed out."
Manager Steve Evans has already promised that 'people [who] have acted out of turn need to be dealt with,' and will no doubt be a major part in the investigation. Crawley moved back into the automatic promotion places as Gary Alexander and Leon Clarke scored to give them a 2-1 victory.

Real Betis Sevilla Vs Real Racing Santander laliga match preview

Real Betis will attempt to put the disappointment of Thursday's 1-1 draw against Espanyol behind them and pick up a much-needed three points against fellow strugglers Racing Santander on Sunday. Betis had looked set to end a run of three successive losses with a home victory against Espanyol, but a Walter Pandiani equaliser deep into stoppage time earned the visitors a tie.

Racing's plight has not been helped by a spate of red cards, with the team having had a player sent off in three of the last four matches, while they have been reduced to 10 men six times already in competitive matches in 2012. Recently-installed Racing coach Alvaro Cervera said: "We are suffering too many blows. Some day our luck will change because it cannot be the same in every game. Every match we have players sent off, goals disallowed...enough already.

Pescara Vs Brescia football liga match preview

Zeman without special training problems, absent only Brosco and Capararo. Classic 4-3-3: Sansovini in attack, and Distinguished Building; in midfield can rely on the median director Verratti, escorted from the lungs of Nielsen and Cascione; defense guy with the quartet-Romagnoli Zanon-Campbell-Balzano.

The white and blue have to deal with some lack: outside Budel, Accardi, and Kamalu Mandorlini. Heat takes a team to counter attack football at full speed to Zeman. The 3-5-2, then, is a conservative form on paper: in attack-Jonathas Piovaccari, there will be the fantasy of El Kaddouri in midfield. Martinez, Davis and Caldirola up the defensive trio.

Hamburger SV Vs SC Freiburg match preview

Hamburg coach Thorsten Fink will not care if his side play one of their ugliest games of the season, just as long as they emerge with all three points against Freiburg tomorrow. Fink has warned that, after going four games without a win, his side are now back in the midst of a relegation battle, and he is therefore adapting his side for a fight.

Captain Heiko Westermann and forward Paolo Guerrero are suspended, though, while Germany international Dennis Aogo has a calf strain. Freiburg's injury worries have reduced somewhat with Pavel Krmas now back in training along with Beg Ferati and Oliver Barth. Although the latter two may still not be ready for the trip to Hamburg, Krmas could tag along.
