Ryan Dickson returns from suspension for Orient. The defender, on loan from Southampton,picked up two yellow cards in the 1-0 win over Oldham. Scott Cuthbert picked up a hamstring injury in Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Charlton and looks set for a prolonged spell on the sidelines.
Huddersfield defender Calum Woods is hoping to return to contention at Brisbane Road. Woods missed the weekend defeat at Carlisle after the recurrence of a slight groin problem, but returned to full training on Monday and could be included in manager Simon Grayson's plans.
